Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit it. We use them for the website to function and, only with your consent, to measure traffic and campaigns. This policy also covers the browser's local storage, to which the same rule applies, as it is also information saved on your device.

On your first visit we ask for your consent through a banner, with three options presented at the same level: "Accept all", "Necessary only" and "Customise", where you choose by category. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again; we also ask again if we add new purposes. You can change it at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page: the panel opens with your current choices, and withdrawing consent takes as many clicks as giving it. Choices made on the banners used before 9 September 2026 are no longer valid; this is why we asked for your consent again, by category.

generativa_cookie_consent: stores your banner choice. Duration: 12 months. It is strictly necessary and cannot be turned off. gen_internal: marks our team's devices as internal traffic, so that our own visits are not included in the statistics. It is set only on the team's devices. Duration: 12 months.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Cookies: _ga, _ga_*. Purpose: traffic statistics and key actions (for example, submitting a form), with no personal data in the events. Activated only if you accept the "Analytics" category. Duration: 400 days. Provider: Google. Marketing (Meta Pixel). Cookies: _fbp, _fbc. Purpose: measuring Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns. Activated only if you accept the "Marketing" category. Duration: 90 days. Meta also saves lastExternalReferrer, lastExternalReferrerTime and multiFbc in the browser's local storage, with no expiry; you can delete them in your browser settings. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Marketing (TikTok Pixel). Cookies: _ttp (also set on the tiktok.com domain), _tt_enable_cookie, ttclid, ttcsid, ttcsid_*. Purpose: measuring TikTok campaigns. Activated only if you accept the "Marketing" category. Duration: 90 days; 390 days for ttclid, when we set it from the ad link. TikTok also saves tt_adInfo, tt_sessionId, tt_pixel_session_index and tt_appInfo in session storage, deleted when you close the tab. Provider: TikTok Technology Limited. Marketing (Google Ads). Cookies: _gcl_au, _gcl_aw. Purpose: linking clicks on Google ads to actions on the website (conversion measurement), through a tag separate from Google Analytics. Activated only if you accept the "Marketing" category. Duration: 90 days. Provider: Google. We do not use Google remarketing (audiences or personalised ads). All these providers are activated only with your consent. For EU users, Google Analytics data is collected on EU servers, and the IP address is removed before logging; Google processes it further under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Some website features save data only in your browser, for the current session; the data is deleted when you close the tab. It is not sent to us and requires no consent, because it serves features you have requested: • generativa_demo_form: keeps what you have filled in on the demo form if you reload the page; • generativa-pricing-calculator: keeps your choices in the price calculator and the details in the quote request; • langSwitchScroll: keeps your position on the page after you switch language; • mara_peek_shown: remembers that the chat bubble has already been shown to you once; • gen_debug: turns on the measurement check mode and is used only by our team.

Some services work without consent, because they are necessary or because you have requested them: • cookie-free traffic analytics (pages visited, duration, traffic sources): saves nothing on your device and collects no personal data; • the connection to the virtual assistant's server: opened only when you start the chat or the voice demo; • abuse protection: uses the IP address only to limit the number of requests. The microphone is activated only at your request, after you give permission in your browser.

If you have accepted marketing cookies, after you submit a form we send Meta and TikTok, from our server, a conversion event (through the Conversions API and the Events API respectively). The event contains your email address and phone number as a SHA-256 hash, that is, a value from which the original data cannot be read directly, as well as your IP address, browser type (user agent) and click identifiers (_fbp, _fbc, _ttp, ttclid). The purpose is to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings". Without this consent, the event is not sent.

Strictly necessary cookies and local storage do not require your consent (Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings".

Besides "Cookie settings", you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also turn off Google Analytics with the add-on provided by Google: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Whenever we change this policy, we update the date above. If we add a new purpose, we ask for your consent again. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
